SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS. We will notify you when your order ships and provide you with a tracking number when available. Crown by Shakira is not responsible for any item that is lost or damaged while in transit. Please inspect your package carefully before accepting delivery. Unfortunately after an order has left our caring hands we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If damage is found, please contact USPS directly. 

 

Customs and Importation Fees

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or other fees by the destination country. Crown by Shakira is not able to predict which fees, if any, will be applied and will not collect these fees on behalf of the destination country. The Customer will be responsible for payment of any fees upon receipt of the package.

Cancellation

You can request to cancel your order to place a new order with desired changes, but please keep in mind we ship as fast as we can and once an order ships we are unable to cancel any orders. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us at hello@crownbyshakira.com as soon as possible. Be sure to include your full name, order number, and address in your request. We will try our best to catch your order before it ships. 

 


Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or refund the full amount paid (minus shipping charges). We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original condition. 

 

If you wish to make an exchange or process a return please email hello@crownbyshakira.com. Be sure to include a detailed explanation as to why you are unsatisfied in addition to your name and order number. One of our team members will gladly assist you.

Crown by Shakira is not responsible for any returns which are lost in the mail when being returned to us. We advise you to insure your package containing the product(s) being sent to us and get tracking information.

Sale items can be exchanged, but are not eligible for a refund.
